riginally from Leith, Edinburgh, before escaping to the West End of Glasgow, Jordy Deelight grew up watching Lady Miss Kier on MTV and the rest is herstory.
By aged 18, Jordy was a drag queen and found love on the dancefloor - so much so, she decided to fuse glamour with grunge and become an underground DJ playing in some of Scotland’s best dance floors for over 12 years. With a trusted pair of ADIDAS and a soundtrack of dirty beats to match.
Jordy has been an acclaimed artist working with BBC, Channel 5 and STV. She’s had sold out theatre shows and immersive arts experiences with music, cabaret and words. Releases with Lady of the House records. They’ve even shared stages with celebrities: B*Witched, Jedward, Tulisa, Kerry Katona, Rupaul’s Drag Race UK & US, N Trance, HRH Prince Edward and more.
